North America-basedA North America-based caller screens every prospect first

A lead is a name and phone number. You still do the work.

You call. You leave a message. You call again. When they answer, you still have to qualify them and book the meeting.

We handle that for you. When the meeting reaches your calendar, the prospect knows your name and why they are meeting you.

Here is how

How a prospect reaches your calendar

  1. A retiree answering the short quiz on a phone at the kitchen table

    Step one

    They meet Retire Handbook first.

Our ads run under Retire Handbook, our retirement education site, on our budget. The ad leads to a short quiz: retirement timeline, investable assets, state, and a phone number verified by text. Then they get a personalized report and a short video.

  2. Our North America-based caller on the phone with a prospect

    Step two

    We call them.

A North America-based caller confirms their age, savings range, state, and that the savings sit in accounts they control. Our callers are not licensed and never discuss products. If they do not meet your minimum, we do not book them.

  3. An advisor desk with the week of meetings on the laptop calendar

    Step three

We book the meeting and introduce you.

We tell them your name, your firm, your licensed states, and what the Zoom call covers. Then we book it on your calendar with their name, the time, and the Zoom link.

Before the meeting

Why they arrive prepared

Three things happen before a prospect reaches your calendar. You handle none of them.

01

The right people

The usual way

A dinner seminar fills a room with people who came for the meal. You qualify them one by one.

What we do

Our ads run under Retire Handbook, our consumer education site, and reach retirees seeking income information. A short quiz asks about their timeline and investable assets. A North America-based caller confirms the details by phone.

02

Informed before they meet you

The usual way

You spend the first meeting explaining what an annuity is and why it matters.

What we do

After the quiz, they get a personalized report, a short video about the plan review, and a reading list: annuity types in plain words and questions to ask a licensed professional, including how they are paid. They get one short email a day until the meeting. They arrive with the basics covered.

03

Introduced by name

The usual way

You start every first call as a stranger and spend the first ten minutes earning the right to ask questions.

What we do

Our caller books the meeting with you by name and shares the background you approve: your firm, your licensed states, your focus. They arrive expecting to meet you, not an unnamed salesperson.

One flat price per meeting. Missed meetings replaced at no cost.

A meeting counts when you and the prospect both attend and the prospect meets the minimum you chose. The price stays the same whether they buy anything, move any money, or become your client.

Every prospect is told in writing, before we call and again after booking, that you pay us a flat fee for the introduction. We don't ask about, track, or get paid on sales.

Questions advisors ask us

What does Regency Leads do?

Regency Leads books pre-screened annuity meetings for licensed annuity professionals, at one flat price per meeting. A North America-based caller discusses each prospect's savings and interest, introduces you by name, and books the meeting. The minimum is $250K, self-reported and discussed by phone.

Do I pay per meeting or per sale?

Per meeting. You attend, the prospect attends, and the prospect meets your minimum. Whether they buy anything, move any money, or become your client is between you and them, and it never changes what you pay. Cancellations and no-shows do not count and are replaced at no charge.

I have paid for appointments before and was not happy with the results. How is this different?

Three ways. You pay one flat price per meeting, and missed meetings are replaced at no charge. Every prospect is screened by phone before reaching your calendar. And every prospect is introduced to you by name, so they arrive expecting to meet you.

How is the price set?

You choose your minimum: $250K, $500K, $1M or more. Higher minimums cost more because those prospects take more ad spend and screening to find. Your price is set when you sign and never changes after a meeting. Larger prepaid packages bring the price per meeting down.

Where are the prospect's savings?

By phone, we ask each prospect to tell us how much they have saved and where it is held, including 401(k), IRA, brokerage, or bank savings. Home equity and business interests do not count. Savings are self-reported, so you still do your own fact-finding in the meeting.

What if the prospect turns out not to qualify?

Tell us within 2 business days through the dispute form. If the prospect is below your minimum, or their savings are not in accounts they control, we book another meeting at no charge. Your price never changes after a meeting.

Can I limit it to my states?

Yes. You set the states where you are licensed and your minimum investable assets. We only book within those limits.

How fast do the meetings come?

We discuss expected timing after reviewing your states, audience and calendar. Delivery timing is not guaranteed.

Are these cold leads?

No. They sought retirement income information, completed a quiz, verified their phone by text, spoke with a North America-based caller, and agreed to meet you by name. Before the meeting, they know who you are and why they are meeting you.

Are the appointments exclusive to me?

Yes. We will not knowingly book a prospect with another advisor during your package. We do not resell the meeting or the name.

Zoom or in person?

Zoom. We book through a scheduling link, so we never need access to your calendar. With the prospect's OK and your firm's approval, an optional notetaker can join to confirm attendance. If your firm doesn't allow it, we confirm another way.

How do I pay?

You choose a package and pay for it right after signing. Each meeting that takes place counts against the package. No-shows, cancellations and replaced meetings do not count; we replace them at no charge. Any meeting we do not deliver by the end of the delivery window is refunded.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. You commit to the package you choose and nothing beyond it. Exclusivity and unused meetings are covered in writing before you fund anything.
